Certa Invest Complaints Procedure

Its unlikely, but if for any reason you are not happy with the service you have received please email complaints@certainvest.co.uk your email complaint will then be escalated to the relevant manager to investigate your complaint and they will be in touch with you within 48 hours to try and resolve the matter. Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible and contact telephone numbers so that we can investigate your complaint promptly and efficiently.

We aim to find a resolution to all complaints within 14 days of receipt.

If you are still unhappy you can refer the issue to the Managing Director who will consider all relevant circumstances to reach a decision.
